ProTec Building Services Acquires Carasso Construction Services

ORANGE COUNTY, CA --- ProTec Building Services, a full-service building maintenance company specializing in servicing HOA communities throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada, announced the acquisition of Carasso Construction Services, a professional construction company that has been partnering with community managers, HOAs, and their homeowners since 1987. The acquisition of Carasso Construction Services significantly expands ProTec’s ability to service HOA communities in the Orange County region and will provide an enhanced customer experience for their clients and industry partners.
