At ProTec, we come to work each day with a purpose to “Improve Quality of Life”. Since 1996, our Founder and CEO, J. David Rauch, has tirelessly worked to improve the quality of life for our clients. From inventing the very first HOA Maintenance Manual to streamlining the maintenance process through our Common Area Maintenance Programs (CAMP) – we have continuously searched for innovative ways to make our purpose a reality.
We have the most talented team of men and women in the HOA industry. Each day we push the envelope and consistently find new ways to improve our client’s quality of life. That passion and drive has led to us growing to over 370 employees serving more than 1,000 clients throughout Southern California & Southern Nevada.
Our incredible team has been nationally recognized twice for their success. First in 2001 when we were the 336th Fastest Growing Private Company in the U.S.A. by Inc. Magazine. We were then recognized again by Inc. Magazine in 2018 as well as San Diego Business Journal as being a high growth company.
We are a forward-looking company with ambitious plans for the next decade including opening twenty-one (21) new offices by the year 2030. This goal provides us a clear and compelling goal to work towards – it’s what drives us.
