J. David Rauch
Chief Executive Officer
Dave Rauch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ProTec Building Services. He is the company’s primary change agent; he ensures that the company grows in the right direction, at the correct pace, without ever compromising work quality. Dave maintains a consistent presence within the company and strives to improve everything that ProTec does, especially, exceeding client expectations. In the early 1990’s he co-invented the original HOA Maintenance & Operations Manual. After he founded ProTec in 1996, he created the monthly Common Area Maintenance Program, specific to each community. Proudly serving the HOA industry since 1991.
Andy oversees Customer Advocacy, Business Development and Developer Services for ProTec. Andy works on client centered issues and is responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of the company as ProTec continues to grow and expand into new markets. Andy's success can be credited to his business acumen, enthusiasm for solving problems and intuition. He has over 30 years’ experience in the HOA industry and has served on ProTec’s Leadership Team for over a decade. Andy’s experience in the Construction, Maintenance and Janitorial industries predates his joining ProTec, where he founded several well-known San Diego based companies. Proudly serving the HOA industry since 1992.
As ProTec’s Chief Operations Officer (COO), Mark oversees the operations of ProTec’s 370+ employees working within nine (9) offices across Southern California and Southern Nevada. Since joining ProTec’s Leadership Team, Mark has been committed to ensuring effective operational and safety procedures are in place as well as establishing policies that promote our company culture. Mark holds many accreditations such as certified applicator in Excellent Coatings (Waterproof Coatings), SIKA Products (Sealants), PROTECTO Wrap (Waterproof Membranes) and Superkrete (Overlay Concrete Systems) as well as being a licensed California General Engineering Contractor (A), General Building Contractor (B), Painting Contractor (C-33), Earthwork and Paving Contractor (C-12), and a Qualified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater (QCIS). Chief Financial Officer
Candy has over two decades of experience as an Accounting Executive and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ProTec's Leadership Team. Candy also has extensive HR, office management and organizational skills derived from her years of experience in the service industry. What truly sets Candy apart from her peers is her energy and zeal to get the job done correctly and quickly. She’ll explain that her success comes from devoting herself to creating a team environment in which the company can accurately track and maintain their various business and accounting systems. Teamwork, honesty, and hard work are all core elements of Candy’s work ethic. Proudly serving the HOA industry since 2000.
