CAMP stands for Common Area Maintenance Program a proactive, year-round partnership designed to keep your community in excellent condition.

It combines preventive and corrective maintenance into one streamlined, consistent program.

We begin with a comprehensive community inspection to identify all maintenance needs.

Work is prioritized based on safety, emergencies, and preventive actions.

Remaining tasks automatically roll over to the next month, ensuring all hours are fully used to maintain your community.

If any urgent work arises, your Account Manager will coordinate to ensure it’s addressed promptly.

Flexibility for Growing Needs

CAMP hours are based on your community’s specific maintenance requirements.

Flexibility is available only for increasing hours if additional maintenance is needed.

We recommend maintaining your established hours for the first few months as we catch up on initial work and establish a steady rhythm.

Any added hours are billed at the same discounted rate, ensuring cost-effective maintenance.
