Job Description
We are seeking experienced plumbers to join our growing team. To be considered for this position you must be skilled at handling general plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, drain cleaning etc. in multi-story residential buildings.
Duties & Requirements
- Mandatory boiler service/troubleshooting/installation experience
- Mandatory estimating/proposal experience
- Comprehensive understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings
- Strong working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems
- Familiarity with household appliance instillation, removal, and minor repair
- Must be familiar with all applicable OSHA laws and regulations
- Ability to troubleshot, diagnose issues, and identify future potential problems
- Ability to follow directions and communicate with managers, supervisors, co‐workers, and clients
- Computer skills and ability to use a smart phone
- MUST have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and no more than 2 points on your driving record
- Reliable transportation: preferably a truck
- Must own basic hand tools and electric power tools
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work prolonged periods while standing, crouching, or walking
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
