ProTec Opens Chula Vista Office

“Improving Quality of Life” is much more than our purpose, it’s what we strive to do daily for both our employees and clients; our guiding light. That is why we are so excited to announce the opening of our South Bay Office in Chula Vista, as well as several well-deserving promotions.

On July 1st, we opened our 9th office in Chula Vista and are now one step closer to our goal of 30×30 (30 offices by 2030). According to Andy Henley, ProTec’s CRO, “With the addition of this office, we are now better positioned to serve the Southern Region of San Diego County and improve the quality of life for our clients and nearly 20 ProTecians who will now work much closer to their home in the South County”. To ensure the success of our new office, we brought along some familiar faces. Managers Mirzet Velic and David Montoya have made the transition south from our Vista and Corporate offices, respectively; as well as many of our highly skilled and valuable technicians.

Our South Bay Office will provide the same high-quality services you have grown to trust over the past quarter century, including:

  • Preventive Maintenance Programs
  • Repairs
  • Construction
  • Inspections
  • Plumbing
  • Painting
  • Specialty Cleaning
South Bay Office Address: 1057 Tierra Del Rey, Ste. F, Chula Vista, CA 91910

ProTec Promotions

In addition to the new South Bay Office, we have several very important promotions to announce.

Fernando Urrea has been promoted to Maintenance Operations Manager and will oversee all maintenance operations in San Diego County.

Lee Sterling has also been promoted to Maintenance Operations Manager and will oversee all maintenance operations in Orange County and Los Angeles County.

Mirzet Velic has been promoted to Operations Training Manager and will now oversee the training of new and existing managers. He will work with the Operations Managers and Mark Adams to provide on-going training to our managers on key functionalities and processes of their position.

Ty Haisch has been promoted to Construction Operations Manager and will oversee all construction operations throughout the company.

Mark Adams has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO) and will oversee the operations of the entire company except for our Developer Services Division. He will work closely with our Operations Managers, Division Managers and Executive Leadership Team to continue improving and fine-tuning our service offerings.

Andy Henley has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He will oversee all Business Development, Customer Advocacy and Developer Services throughout the company. Andy will continue to serve on the Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for the performance, strategy and alignment of the company as we continue to grow and open new offices.

This would not be possible without the hard-work and dedication each one of our great team members display daily – so, thank you! We would also like to extend our gratitude to our clients who continue to believe in us and what we stand for as a company. We look forward to continuing to find ways to better serve you.
