Until we as industry, community, and population can realize that IS our biggest hurdle, we will not be able to address the lack of affordable housing or other major problems head on.

The time has long passed when we must begin to think outside the box, encourage new ideas, new solutions, and embrace modular homes and other solutions as viable options to the nationwide housing shortage. We MUST innovate!  We MUST eliminate OVER-regulation!
