
Last week, we came together for our quarterly planning session to align on our Q4 priorities (aka Goals). We are committed to making ProTec easier to work at for our ProTecians and easier to work with for our clients through technology, strengthening our CAMPs by leveraging our maintenance and preventive maintenance expertise, keeping safety at the forefront as our #1 core value, and equipping every client-facing role with the skills to build stronger sales relationships.
Q4 Company Priorities:
- TECHNOLOGY: We have decided on accounting, payroll, sched., estimating, bidding, billing, CRM, time + attendance system for 2026 with implementation roadmap
- CAMP: We have sold X value-based (aka NON-hourly) CAMPs, analyzed product market fit, and trained X% of ProTecians on preventive maintenance.
- SAFETY: All safety requirements have been met by each department
- SALES: All client-facing roles have been trained in new sales relations skills (and documented)
