The Maintenance Manager: Jeevan D'Mello

I recently had the chance to sit down with Jeevan D’Mello, CEO of Zenesis, one of the most influential voices in our industry, and above all considered "The Father of Community Management" in the Middle East. Jeevan’s story is incredible, he’s managed the iconic Burj Khalifa (yes, the tallest building in the world!) and even served as CAI’s first International President.

He has a great perspective on building stronger communities, elevating the HOA profession, and where our industry is headed. This interview is like a front row seat into vision, innovation, and what’s possible when passion and hard work come together.

I’m so grateful to Jeevan for taking the time to share his experiences with us, it was one of the most eye-opening and entertaining conversations I’ve had. I know you’ll get just as much out of it as I did.
