
Two weeks ago, the company’s Leadership teams gathered for two days of rigorous thinking and planning. We were guided by our three coaches Mark Comiso, Patrick Burke, and Krista Federow from Petra. It was a successful gathering and we’re all excited about our Q3 Priorities (main goals). Our #1 THING, led by Ty Haisch is, “We have started strategic adjustments to our organizations design/framework to set us on a trajectory to increase our net margin”.
We also have five other priorities that revolve around HR and OPS, Work Order Tracking, More Trainual Development, Fixed Asset Review and lastly reducing unused CAMP hours. These 3rd Quarter Priorities all support and align with our Annual Initiatives (annual goals) that were set last December. If you have questions, or want to learn more, I encourage you to ask your supervisor what they mean. They would be more than happy to explain how these goals are all driving us towards our BHAG of “Improving Quality of Life for 1,000,000 Homeowners,” and if not, see me, I’m happy to talk about our goals any day.
