At ProTec, we’re always striving to position ourselves for greater success and ensure a bright future for everyone on the team. You may have heard about some recent changes within the company, and we want to take a moment to share the “why” behind them.
Simply put, these changes are about growth—becoming a more successful and profitable company so we can better support the people who make it all happen: you! While change isn’t always easy, these adjustments are essential to help ProTec move faster, operate more smoothly, and function more efficiently. Tough decisions have been made with everyone’s best interests in mind, and we’re confident they’ll pave the way for continued success.
