I'm excited for the release of a new report called Built to Last: New Research on the Economic Life of Community Associations. I had the opportunity to help put this report together, and it takes a closer look at issues like aging infrastructure, rising insurance costs, reserve funding challenges, and the changing market conditions impacting communities across the country.
