New Referral Program

We’re growing, and I want our employees to be a big part of helping us find the right people to grow with us. We’re not just looking to add more people. We want good, quality people who will fit our culture, work hard, and hopefully stick around for years to come. And who better to help us find those people than all of you?

So, through November 1st, we’ve increased our referral bonus. If you refer someone who gets hired and sticks around, you could earn up to $1,000.

Here’s how the bonus works:

Refer a Skilled Technician or Plumber — Earn $1,000

The $1,000 referral bonus will be paid out in $250 increments at each milestone:

• $250 at 30 days
• $250 at 6 months
• $250 at 9 months
• $250 at 1 year

Refer for Any Other Position — Earn $500

The $500 referral bonus will be paid out in $250 increments at each milestone:

• $250 at 30 days
• $250 at 6 months
