
Congratulations to Mirzet Velic (10) who has been promoted to Director of Client Experience and will now oversee the Client Experience Department.
As you may have heard, we've recently established a new role: the "Client Experience Coordinator" within several of our departments. This position is designed to enhance our client communication throughout their entire journey with ProTec, not just during follow-ups. These coordinators will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience and supporting our account managers by handling certain tasks to alleviate the AM's load. This will allow our managers to dedicate more time to overseeing technicians, property walks, and other critical responsibilities.
