Dave recently had the chance to sit down with Martha Perkins of Cohere Management, and she shared a story we think everyone at ProTec should hear. An aging Los Angeles high-rise had put off maintenance for years, and it eventually resulted in a $27.5 million restoration project. They talked about the warning signs, the tough decisions that followed, and how the community ultimately turned things around.
