Just Tell ProTec (JTP) has been a great success in helping ProTecians anonymously share concerns and suggestions. Every Tuesday, your Executive Team — Andy Henley, Mark Adams, Candy Allen, Cecilia Gonzalez, and I — read and discuss all the JTP submissions.
We've made many changes based on your feedback, and we’re grateful for your honesty and engagement. However, there are times when we’d love to “help more” and follow up — either to share that we’ve acted on your idea or to explain why we might not move forward with a suggestion – and to say “thank you”!
Unfortunately, because JTP is anonymous, we don’t always have a way to do that. To help bridge that gap, we’re adding an optional feature to JTP: you can now choose to include your name. If you do, we’ll be able to follow up with you directly — whether to thank you, provide context, or get more clarity. Of course, anonymity is still available and respected. This change simply gives you more choice in how you want to connect with us. Thank you for continuing to allow ProTec to “Learn and Grow”. Your voice truly makes a difference and we sincerely appreciate you being “All In”.
