Office Administrator - San Diego

Job Description

This is a highly detailed position that coordinates all paperwork and administrative tasks for our construction and maintenance teams. Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.

Job Duties (but not limited to)
  • Answering phones
  • Receptionist duties
  • Entering accounts payable
  • Assist with accounts receivable/invoicing
  • Processing new hire paperwork
  • Data entry
Job Requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook required
  • Experience with accounting software a huge plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work prolonged periods while standing, crouching, or walking
